Giovanni Gaviria brings a finance-driven approach and broad market expertise to commercial real estate. He earned degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University, building the analytical foundation that guides his approach to investment sales and advisory.
Giovanni began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2019 as a Financial Analyst, developing expertise in investment analysis, property valuation, and market strategy. In 2021, he transitioned into a Sales Associate role, gaining direct experience in deal structuring, negotiations, and client representation.
In 2023, Giovanni joined Crexi as an Account Executive, where he strengthened relationships across the brokerage community and expanded his understanding of the national commercial real estate marketplace. After two years with Crexi, he returned to brokerage full time and established Diversified Realty Exchange, LLC.
Today, Giovanni is a licensed Florida real estate broker and an active member of ICSC. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-lease assets nationwide, advising private investors and property owners through every stage of the transaction.
